The XHEO.com support system is undergoing a complete overhaul. Due to the high demand for our products free-form email and message board support is simply too inefficient for both support staff and for our customers. We will be moving to a more complete help desk package with support tickets, knowledge base and email support.

In place of a message board system we are pursuing a better knowledge base tool that will help us answer questions once and make those answers available to everyone.

During the overhaul the same outstanding same-day email support is available at support@xheo.com.

We are actively researching various Help Desk platforms in search of a tool that can help us serve our customers better. If you know of a great tool, please drop us a line.
