XHEO takes every effort to make our trials as functional and complete as possible. In fact with our licensing package we can issue the exact same assembly for both trial and release builds. All of the trial versions allow you to explore the complete functionality of our products, some on a time limited basis. Therefore we do not accept returns for any reason. We encourage you to take advantage of our trial period to fully explore our products. If you need special testing arrangements, or an extension of the trial we can certainly accommodate. During the trial period feel free to email support@xheo.com with your questions or use the XDN library to discover answers to your questions.

If the media that you received a XHEO product on is defective, we will gladly replace it free of charge. Just contact support@xheo.com to request a return receipt and we will get you a new copy.
