XHEO welcomes credit card purchases from American Express, Visa and MasterCard. When purchasing with one of these cards you will need to provide
the following information while checking out.
- Billing Address on file with the bank. You may not use a PO BOX. If you use a PO BOX you must contact sales
directly.
- Your phone number on file with the bank
- Credit Card Number
- Card Verification Code. This is the 3 digit number printed on the back of Visa and Mastercard or the 4 digit number above the last 4 digits
on an American Express.
- Card Expiration Date
- Cardholder First and Last Name
Contacting Sales Directly
We understand the inconvenience of contacting sales to place an order and want to make sure it works as quickly as possible. By including all
of the information below XHEO can process the order quickly - usually within 24 hours - faster if you are in the US and call us directly. You
will need to email or fax the following information before the order can be processed.
- Credit card details including credit card number, CVC code, Expiration Date and Name on Card.
- Billing address and phone number where you receive your credit card statements.
- Government issued ID such as a drivers license or passport.
- The most recent credit card statement or utility bill with the same address. You may black out any private information but must leave the last
4 digits of the credit card and your full address and the bank's full address.
- List of items you would like to purchase.
Manual Credit Card Submission
You can submit your payment details online without being charged. This will send a secure email to a
sales representative who can help you process your order manually.
By Check or Money Order
If you would like to purchase by check you may do so by printing your shopping cart mailing it along with a check in US dollars drawn on a US
bank to our corporate address. No personal checks accepted.

By Wire Transfer
If you would like to pay by wire transfer you may do so by faxing or emailing a copy of your shopping cart and initiate a wire transfer for the
