Updates & Support Included With Purchase

This is a summary of the support options. Please refer to the section title "Software Maintenance And Updates" in the EULA accompanying the product for complete details.

• 90 days, same day free email based support.
• Escalated telephone support if support technician determines email is insufficient. Telephone support is free during the first 30 days.
• Priority phone support at the current support rates.
• Critical bug fix updates for the same major version (3.1 -> 3.2) for a period of six months.

Subscription licenses also include

• Same day free email based support for the duration of the subscription.
• Feature and major version updates (3.x -> 4.x) for the duration of the subscription.
