Customer feedback has always been an important part of the XHEO development process. Many of our most popular features started as requests from existing customers to enhance or modify existing features. Traditionally this has been an ad-hoc process. As customers submit suggestions or complaints the information is logged into a simple database. Later when the next feature release is planned we review the database and select a few ideas to implement.
This has been effective in a limited sense but has also neglected the important feedback loop with the users during the course of design. To help improve this feedback cycle we’ve created a UserVoice account to let users provide feedback and ideas for our products.
